Traffic speed at 999999999%

Hi, i want to put the speed of the in game traffic cars of GTA 4 world at insane speeds and make the game a chaos just for fun but i have no ide wich mod menu has that feature or what do i have to change for that to happen.

Try using the cellphone and calling 555-891-0011 for pedestrian riot. Aside from a mod or trainer I don't know of a way to get that kind of speed. Rioting pedestrians should keep you busy for a while.

i can send you a video for you to see what i want.....a guy told me that maybe its a script (idk whats that or how to install it) i also had liberty legacy trainer menu but doesnt have that option

I am sorry but I don't mess with trainers or scripting. I just play vanilla GTA IV because I have never completed it.

the mod works but you cant take a car because they all flip thats the only issue

This mod gives all cars, except a selected few mentioned in the readme file, negative base friction on their wheels, making them accelerate, rather than decelerate, at all times when the wheels are in contact with a surface, whether it be the ground, a wall or the ceiling.
