FusionFix SSAA 2x Option
I'm getting bad performance and insane stutters with the option eventhough my pc should easily handle it, dxvk makes 0 difference.
Anyone got a fix for it?

gta 4 is poorly optimized in general, that should be no surprise. If you try to enhance a game that is already awfully optimized then turning on that option will worsen the situation
