Banshee cheat removed or bugged?

I keep dialing 265-555-2423 but it won't let me spawn Banshee. Did R* removed it?

There was never a Banshee cheat to begin with.
You can call for an Annihilator, Jetmax, Comet, FIB Buffalo, Turismo, Super GT, Cognoscenti, NRG 900 and Sanchez

Really but why the hell these gaming sites include a Banshee cheat. These guys are trolling or whatever.

They must have saw the in-game internet website with the cars that had phone numbers attached to them but never bothered to actually test them.
