I didn't notice this at first, but you can play most of a pool match in GTA IV without moving at all in the aiming phase.

Once it's your turn, have a look at where it automatically puts your stick. It lines up a perfect shot for you every time. Sometimes, but rarely, you have to adjust where on the cueball you hit, but it auto-aims for you so you can just hit it with the appropriate power and it almost always ends up in a pocket lol.
