Global Achievements

GFWL Xbox Achievements
I am playing back through GTA IV to get the Xbox Achievements for it. I have downgraded my game to both v1.0.7.0 & v1.0.8.0 and GFWL logs into my Xbox account fine. However playing through the story, its not unlocking the xbox achievements for me. I am not using cheat codes to block them etc & its even story line ones which aint unlocking either. Has anyone seen this?

I know that the Complete Edition now has the same achievements in Steam but I guess you cant link Steam to Xbox and get the achievements on both synced.

I have managed to get this sorted downgrading the Steam Version. Just need to make sure you dont use any pre-built downgrades that include any mods or fixes as all those was what broke it for me.

I have same problem, im playing via GFWL but after first mission i cant get the achievement.
Ill ask the same question like Moix here, which version of downgrade are u using ?

Ended up using the Zolika Downgrade method. I used version (patch_8) when you obtain this and I had 0 issues after that.
