Find the missing something - GTA4 completion

I'm stuck at 96.67% and I dont see what else to do to achieve the 100%. I am following this checklist - https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/100%25_Completion_in_GTA_IV

I have everything done that is described in the checklist including winning a full game of bowling on record, see my notes below

NOTES:

1) Roman and Dwayne are dead after story completion but i have 100/100 and 54/60 for like/respect for them respectively. they are not required for the checklist (https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/100%25_Completion_in_GTA_IV )

2) im pretty sure i did all activities with packie, brucie and little jacob each on the phone. at one point i had near 100% with each friend, unlocked their special abilities + three achievements, and got the "Liberty City (5) achievement"

On my GTA4 Stats - Score screen, it says the following

Roman 1

Little Jacob 10

Brucie 10

Packie 8

it doesnt explicitly says which activities were completed or missing with each friend. it could be plus one for a duplicate activity. do I need to redo all activities with the friends again to be doubly sure?



3) activities like watching a cabaret/show, pool, darts I did not play till the end with packie, brucie and little jacob during activities. I quit midway throughout the game or skipped the show and drove them home. are they required to be played from start to finish to achieve 100% ?

4) on the stats score screen it says "random characters met 11" but the checklist says "do 16 random character missions" (https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/100%25_Completion_in_GTA_IV ). some character such as jeff, eddie, brian, pathos had second and third encounters which I did so it matches up right ?

5) I never met Ivan, cherise and clarence ( i remember killing cherise and maybe clarence in the story missions). i went to their three stranger locations multiple times on multiple days they were never there. (they arent required right?)

6) I dont remember meeting mel as a random stranger encounter but i went to his stranger location multiple times & multiple days and he is never there, but i acquired the "no more strangers" achievement so I must have done it early in the game he seemed to unlock meeting future strangers

For the Key to the City Achievement or 100% completion ... there's only a few things that I would add

The Most Wanted missions requires 30 criminals to be killed via the police computers.

The Strangers missions add up to 16 because of the multiple encounters. Note that Brian has three encounters while Sara, Pathos, Marnie and Eddie have two encounters. All other required strangers only have one encounter.

In terms of going out with friends, I am pretty sure that only pool, darts and bowling are required to be finished the entire way through. In terms of their activities ...
for Brucie: boating, bowling, drinking, eating, heli-ride, cabaret/comedy show or strip show
for Little Jacob: pool, drinking, darts, eating, cabaret/comedy show or strip show
for [Patrick]: pool, drinking, darts, bowling, cabaret/comedy show or stirp show

The conditions of Roman and Dwayne should not affect this, I believe, and neither should any decisions made within the main campaign.
