How do skip rockstar launcher?

every time, rockstar launcher wants to update. I don't care about your launcher updates, I just want to play some ancient AF game, not watch a yellow bar fill in some black box.
How do I skip the launcher? Do I just need to privateer the game to not be treated like dirt?
What is the point of buying a rockstar game if rockstar just treats paying customers like dirt?

Just use the guide for downgrading, it is easier.

It doesn't fix the real problem either, which is some loud minority of people constantly screeching for pointlessly stupid updates for no discernible reason, thus saddling me and everyone else with nonstop unwanted updates, which is best exemplified in the passionate Hatred windows 10 updates inspired in us. It's like constantly being told you as an adult and your ultra expensive equipment belong to the State, it's like the feeling of being a Soviet citizen only your corpo also is cucking you and robbing you blind in the process to make a small semi-hidden elite filthy rich who have no culpability or responsibility to you or the society at all, and is therefore literally worse than Communism. It's like introducing the problems of Communism, but you don't get any of the okay parts with it. Like ordering the worst 8 hour old crusty McBurger, and it doesn't even come with the special sauce or the patty either, just some stale lettuce and curdling tomatoes in a bun. Then have the audacity to charge me some payment plan with utterly intrusive EULAs to upgrade my account to the BurgerPlus+ which is basically just the burger I damn well should have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gotten in the first place only now it.s 1.875oz of meat they try blaming on "inflation" while reporting record profits.

So as a result, I get saddled with the nonstop feeling my precious PC is not my own, and I'm going to become one of those "why you couldn't you just let me play videogames in peace" pepe memes only the Islamic Gommunist version against the corpos, and their nonstop updates. Just leave me in peace. I have my PC just the way I wanted it. And your updates was not a part of the equation. If I wanted new drivers, I'd install ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ new drivers, if I wanted to alter my game, I'd check for updates. I'd want updates forced OFF for all things ever and forever. OP is right and I can understand his frustration. All the moreso because I literally already had a huge problem where it's just now dawning on me, I STILL don't even know how to get in my account, it's autosign in, and because I used some stupid throwaway email I don't even know what the email was called or which one and that means I have on problem with my SINGLE PLAYER game the whole thing is toast. Dear God, we can at least reuse the save files right? Because I don't care about the online, I just don't want to lose my save. Is R* just cashing in on online like it's Fortnite now? I hope I can avoid the launchers business with GTA VI...then again idk I don't really want to play in Florida unless it makes the third world dysfunction or stupidity of Floridians fun.complete aside but I kinda wish they would do a GTA in Dubai or Moscow or London sometime, or maybe even just do a Detroit or ChiTown not sure why they are at the point they had over 6 games and all are basically reusing the same NYC/Miami/LA

Get over it, all you need to do is downgrade the game. If you want to fix it, or make a GTA yourself. Obviously not having the same title. R* is hell and they will never fix it.

Also there was a GTA in London, years ago. I think there was also a China-Town, years ago.

Additionally, a GTA in Dubai would be the dumbest thing since Dubai is not crime-filled. Unsure about Moscow nowadays, but I am sure it was not crime-filled. America has the best environment to place a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up game. You have Mexico's drugs and cartels as your nextdoor neighbor. Along with "freedom" and capitalism.

Aside from being bias, I do agree that they need a new location. I would love a GTA in France, it would be interesting. The NYC/Miami/LA, is just annoying, there are many cities in America. to choose from and they still choose the same thing.
