When do you get to start online multiplayer in gta iv?

so theres no online multiplayer anymore? in other words its dead? i thought you get playboys phone thats when you unlock the online feature... its been so long since i had played the xbox 360 version of gta iv

Current version of Rockstar's stupid version removed multiplayer, in addition to removing certain songs and radio stations due to expired licenses for those.

If you want to play multiplayer, you have to downgrade and install mp mods to play multiplayer.

No. Some of the servers have mod support so you are fine.

this is so retarded like im sure not just me who bought the complete gta iv game, theres other people just like me wishes rockstar games never took out the multiplayer and wanted to still play the online part and enjoy it for what it was, because tbh i wanted to see if online was still a thing but we now know rockstar games killed each and everyones pride who wanted to play gta iv online multiplayer

is there an easy way to be able to install and play online in 2023? id love to go back to my childhood (when i played online when i played it for the xbox 360 but on pc) and be able to play with other players to experience all the cool glitches gta iv had and also where i can be able to use the underglow mod for the base cars of the game in multiplayer

as for the mod part just want the underglow mod for the base game cars in the game for online it would be cool to also mod the single player with this too
