I encourage you to install Scripthook, OpenIV and the mod Simple Native trainer.
Simple Native Trainer by the way does way more than Wemod ever would. and its internally, doesnt make you pay for pro features, No trackers, no Cookies, No "enter email" its all just cheats just the way Trainers should be.
you open Simple Native Trainer like this:
Numpad for Navigation.
F3 to Open
, . - # + ß are buttons to enable cheats.
- fast running
ß Ammo
+/*~ is for Godmode
F5 Gives you 250k
pressing entf on your numpad in rapid succession (if you hold it down after a few quick taps it does it as long as you hold down the button) makes your car go fast.
^ ° above the Tab button makes your car and yourself on foot stop instantly.
using the entf button on your numpad to speed up under the caution that without car godmode (theres no shortcut for that but its in the Car options when you press F3)
To enter a section of the menu or change values in it us the 5 key in your numpad.
8= up
2= down
4= left
6= right
5= the entering and changing button of the menu
I cant list every function but theres a lot of them.
to exit the menu in case you brought it up the backspace button closes it.
I really encourage you to use Simple Native trainer. It does what its supposed to be doing and is your best option if you want something good.
edit: using the entf button can make your car uncontrollable and its guranteed to fly into the air at certain speed)
Oh yeah and F6 is noclipping/airbreak) the ä button teleports your through things. you can use these cheats to even break cutscenes.
To answer your question:
You wont be Banned by Rockstargames. as far as i know if GTA 4 has a Anticheat it would be for online. I have yet to see that since i think i can recall opening and using Simple Native Trainer in Online mode and using it without consequences whatsoever.
Your Singleplayer doesnt change other peoples experience so your mod menu isnt harming anyone. Same can be said for GTA V. I run Mod Menus for single player. But none for Online. Up untill a few months ago i was rendered unable to play online due to my single player mod menu. but it wasnt a ban i was just forced to remove it from the files and afterwards it was completly fine
