WHY DOES the graphics LOOKs BETTER
ballad of gay tonys(dlc) graphics looks way better for some reason.

Rockstar Games improved the graphics in the Ballad of Gay Tony DLC. Also regarding performance, the DLCs should outperform Vanilla GTA IV.

Just feels like there’s a filter over the base game. Really nothing graphically different, the same with lost dlc. That game probably has the worse filter of all time, its noise crank up to 1000%.
