Tank in GTA 4 ?

i have hear many about the Tank (APC) but not cheat help and i dont found the tank in the Police station at the 2 Island

Only in the DLC Ballad of Gay Tony,after some missions you will find it near the construction site of Yusuf Amir

how i become the DLC ?

You need to buy it,it's the game complete edition,it's got 2 dlcs put together.It's worth it,believe me.You can find it under the name of "Episodes from Liberty City" :)

okay but the shop say i have this "Episode from liberty City" but in my Plays i have only the normal version of the game

i have buy the normal game by the Summer Special and Episodes from liberty city was downloaded (i think ) because steam say i have this but i can not start it. sorry my english is bad

it says i have the GTA 4 Complet edition but not the ballade of gay tony normal where you can downloade only the ballade of gay tony

The ballad of gay tony is included in the episodes from libery city,when you open it,you get to choose if you want to play the ballad or the biker game,but you need to open your episodes from liberty city game,not the normal one

i open the episodes but i cant choose one he start the normal game

Man,I really don't know,try and make sure you're clicking the right one,I did clicked the normal game by mistake a couple of times,be sure you're openning the right game and if it still is like this,then something with the files is wrong,they are in the wrong place,something wrong happenned,this can't happen and it can't be no bug or something like that because they are kind of different games.
