SecuLauncher Failed to start application 2000

Why can't I play the game I bought? I don't wanna search in the deepweb for a solution of this infernal error, I just wanna double-click the launcher and play the game, but this error is on my way and there is no way I can solve it.

I reinstalled 2005 microsoft package lots of times, I reinstalled that cancerigenous GFWL and there is no compatibility tab within gtaivlauncher.exe to make my game run as windows 7 or some OS else that would certainly run the game. ROCKSTAR, IT'S ABOUT TIME TO GET RID OF THESE 2 GARBAGE DRMS YOU PUT IN YOUR GAME BECAUSE I'M SURE I WOULDN'T HAVE SO MUCH PROBLEMS TO PLUG-N-PLAY THIS GAME IF I DOWNLOADED IT ON KICKASSTORRENTS!

Please, is there a working easy-to-do solution that I won't need to become a programmer to solve it? I just wanna play the game.

gtaivlauncher.exe isnt supposed to have a compatibility tab, change GTAIV.exe for that instead.

Also, if you have a newer package from microsoft than 2005, windows and the game will prefer to use that instead.

I tried to change GTAIV.exe to winXPSP3, but no success. I just tried to download a no-securom launcher on the internet, but the securom error keeps haunting me.

I have tons of microsoft packages here and I probably need them to execute other programs and mod for other games. I'm lost here and I have no idea what I should do to overcome this UBISTAR mistake against legitimate customers.

All I want is launch the game and I'm almost downloading a crack to overcome this major issue. UBISTAR is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that the legitimate customers needs to crack their original copy to play the game in the way it's meant to be played.
