Your wrong it is a multiplayer game.
Sorry but you are wrong, it is a Single Player game that just has a Multiplayer Mode that is possible.
It is even listed as a Single Player game and advertised as such. Here is one example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Theft_Auto_IV
To help you, a true Multplayer game usually does not have built-in cheats.
Although there are Trainers out there for Money, etc. I don't feel like possibly exposing my system to any virii/trojans right now. I also don't want to mess around with GFWL or Steam banning... I did experiment with CE and found that most values have multiple pointers, but in light of the previous sentence, I am not going to alter values, etc. after all. If I want to have unlimited vehicles/money/etc, I'll just use the built-in cheats. Thanks anyway, all.
Most multiplayer games have a singleplayer mode that is possible so your point is completely invalid. This game does have multiplayer, period. If the steam store page says otherwise it is wrong. It won't be the first time there was incorrect information on the internet.
