How do you uninstall a graphics mod?

I just started modding today, and got a better graphics mod. I have an amazingly overpowered PC, but it made my fps drop to like 10 with it on, so I want to uninstall it. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it on Steam and the files are still there... Please help... ;c

Never mind, fixed it! If you have to uninstall an ENB graphics mod, all you have to do is delete d3d9.dll. =)

This removes actual game graphics (Yes, you can see cutscenes, but not actual game graphics. Only HUD appears), so it's important file for the game. Tried that already.

Not for me. All it did for me is remove ENB, since all of the graphics are normal again. I removed the file and everything is perfect. c;
