Completely Uninstall ENB?
So I recently started playing GTA IV again because why not, and I have an ENB mod installed. It looks great, but the game runs at around 20-30 frames at some points. I tried removing the d3d9.dll file, and that removed the HD textures and fixed the lag, but the shaders were really wonky and the sky looked like the dark red, so that's not an option. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the ENB files are still there, plus I was pretty dumb when I installed this mod (Maybe 2-3 years ago) and didn't make any backup of the original files, so that's not really an option. So what I was wondering is can I just manually delete my GTA IV file from SteamApps > Common file? Or will that screw things up even more? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I haven't touched GTA IV (Or modded it for that matter) in years.

Yep, that should do it.

But, I would delete the subfolder, not the main folder (I.e.: ...common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV) and leave the rest for what it is (Saves some download time, later on.). That'll definitely get rid of any mod or ENB left-overs.

You'll need to reinstall the game again after that, of course.
(Your save files will be untouched, in case you were wondering.)
