on the steamforums they say that the change is that ALL the GTA IV keys that steam has are gone. And now Steam has to wait for a new supply of Keys from Rockstar. when Steam has enough keys again, you'll be able to connect to the server and get your key. (sorry if my English may not be correct, im from the Netherlands.)

what are you so angry about ? People make plans , want to play game tonight or something , they could not get it and they are angry. Who gives you the right to judge people with stupidity or something. Who are you actually ? Are you Gabe ? Calm yourself dude, you say solution and you go. Dude, i try to help. But if everyone asks the same, doesn't read and all, you would be mad too right? You're just trying to hate now. Let's put the situation in another, but same-looking way. See yourself somewhere, IRL, telling stuff, or doing a speech. Everyone in the room asks the same thing, over and over, and you have to answer the question a lot of times. You would probably get irritated, and mad at some point, right?
