Yeah, i bought this game a couple of months ago while it was discounted and it didn't let me download saying "This game is unavailable in your region" so i refunded the game, though i'm not from thailand, it's weird cuz i own GTA V-RDR2-Bully-Manhunt and none of these rockstar games have any problems with my region and i can download them no problem, only GTA IV has this issue.

A certain middle-eastern country, if i use a VPN it lets me download/launch the game but if i can't START the game i paid for (which requires a crap ton of modding/fixing) then i'd rather just pirate the game instead.

what about changing region in account? Does it allow to download such games w\o vpn?

My account's region is Indonesia, bought it and can't download the game since I lived in Thai. Sucks!
