There's also a lot to pick from. Do you want ENBs, or timecycs? ENBs are the ones that make the game look "realistic" like those "4k ultra realistic" videos you see on the internet whereas timecycs are the weather mods that can turn off the "grimy" orange filter the game has (things like VisualIV or CleanIV) and give it a cleaner look whilst still keeping it relatively vanilla
You can find a lot of preset ENBs on the internet if you want something more specific, like in GTAInside or GTAGarage etc. Just make sure to make a backup of your game before you start modding just in case you mess something up.
