I think I got a softlock

I'm stuck in this mission called "The final interview" and i have nothing to do right now.
I submitted my resume and the lawyers never called me.
I even delivered all of the cars for Brucie to pass the time , I think at this point about 4 days has passed in the game and didn't got a call.

Can I do something about this or the only option is to start another game?

You haven't enabled sleep mode on your phone have you? Sleep mode disables all incoming phone calls and text messages essentially halting the story. Missions that were available prior to entering your phone into sleep mode will not be affected.

Or, make sure you are not just missing the smallish "tie logo" on the map, are wearing a suit and, apparently, not any "headwear":

Buy a nice suit and smart shoes from Perseus or equip one from the wardrobe at any safehouse if the player has bought one already. Strangely enough, the mission won't start if Niko is wearing any headwear at all (which includes glasses, hats and balaclavas). If he missed the interview for some reason, it will be postponed to 6 in-game hours later. An hour or two before the planned interview, head over to Tom Goldberg's office (indicated on the map by <tie logo>)

Sleep mode wasnt enabled , I didnt had any headwear only a costume and a pair of fancy shoes and I had no tie icon on the map.
Apparently the bug was caused by not receiving a call from Elizabeta before doing the first mission from playboy x. I had no choice but to start the game over again , no one has a solution for this bug.
