TBoGT - Cell Phone does not work properly

Hi.

I encountered this after started playing Ballad of Gay Tony. Whenever someone calls, it just hangs up and i dont hear the conversation. When i try to call someone, it works "just fine", goes into voice mail.

Its pretty annoying cause i dont have slightest clue what phone call was about.

Have tried to re-install, verify files with no luck. No mods in use. Cannot delete profile or savegames cause they are in cloud.

Phone works just fine in Original GTA IV with Nico.
