GTA IV " That's How We Roll!" steam achievement not unlocking
I am having issues unlocking the "That's How We Roll!" steam achievement. I got 75% likeness from Brucie and a text message saying that I can call him for a ride and the chopper option is on the list (didn't call me, just text msg).
I even attempted to unlock it again by loading an older save and getting to 75% again and unlock it again, but the same thing happens and the achievement is not unlocking.
Any solutions?

I unlocked this achievement today. You need at least 80% likeness. After you reached it Brucie will call you shortly after and the achievement will unlock.
