How to get back the old Vladivostok Fm without downgrading. After the patch 1.2.0.43

-When i try play the game Grand Theft Auto IV again , i saw that my favourite radio station in the game Radio Vladivostok Fm dose not have the old songs that i heard when i played the game for the first time. And i can't play it again because for me it ruins the hole game vibe.
-So i searched for solutions how to get back the old radio station or how to donwgarde to old patch like 1.0.8.0. or 1.0.7.0. and nothing worked for me , it broked my game. And i also want to start the game for Rockstar Games Launcher (or Steam).
-So , this is my solution that i came up with, is simple and very easy.
1.You need to go to Youtube and search for old Vladivostok FM.

2.You need to paste the audio in your Grand Theft Auto IV in Independence FM directory.
My Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\User Music
And after all this you will have in the game the old Vladivostok FM and the new one with the new songs. I hope this will help.

You may have used wrong downgrader which breaks saves. Latest downgrader works OK with 1.2.0.43.

They are stupid. Removed and mixed all the songs - which spoils the atmosphere! Even now, there is no fix that separates the GTA 4 and EFLC radio stations.
