As @my_pizzaz mentioned, Col.Accel is also recommendable for 1.07.0.
Lastly, you maybe want to install RIL.BudgetedIV by NTAuthority.
You have to change the value behind "VehicleBudget" according to the size of "vehicle.img" in "pc/model/cdimages" (if you don't use any mods, the standard size is "85622784").
You also have the change the value beind "PedBudget" according to the size of "componentpeds.img" in "pc/model/cdimages" (the standard size is "640057344").
This vegetation fix was excluded from later FusionFix versions as it makes all foliage static!
interesting, is the game recognizing the right amount of VRAM? Since this textures missing issue is linked to that. On patch 7 this was a pretty big issue for me where the game just wouldn't recognize the right amount of VRAM and as a result the textures would be missing, unless i added a launch option -availablevidmem 3000.0
right click on GTA IV or click the gear icon on the game page in your library, select 'properties', there, is a button called 'Set Launch Options..' press that and paste -availablevidmem 3000.0 into the box.
Hmmm. Well i guess the solution is to raise the VRAM number. Maybe try 4000.0, 5000.0, etc. Until it displays the needed amount. (You don’t need 6GB for the game, 2GB is enough, as when maxed it only uses a gig of VRAM, so 2 gigs is fine, even if you’re not maxing it out).
