Last mission bugs ... Jacobs chopper EXPLODES over land?!!?!?!

There are 2 bugs for me within the last mission of the game ... the first bug only appears, when I have very low, or none kevlar when i am dropping into the water from Dimitris chopper ... Or is this not a bug?

The second bug (Show stopping) is, that when I am chasing the Chopper of Dimitry with the boat, Jacobs Chopper starts flying towards the sea, but on the way, it is always exploding by flying against a building. So the Mission info says "get in position under Jacobs helicopter" but Jacob (obviously) never appears above me on the sea. So I can't finish the mission at all. Help :(

Yeah the second bug happened to me, the heli just got exploded on sight.

Apparently the last mission is the worst in terms of technical issues.

And you didnt find a solution of this problem either? :( Didnt try to play now for some days ... motivation got killed by this bug.
