It's more than enough. Problem is, the PC version of the game is unoptimised, so you will need to do some tweaking to get it run 'properly'. And by that, I mean to a playable state. Good luck.

As you can see never drops below 60fps. so yeah the problem is your PC Config is rubbish. i can confirm even on my 9900k at 5ghz it runs flawless at 4K. Also 144hz Benefits hugely in this game. if pure smoothness is your thing i have both a 4K Monitor and a 144hz Panel. my CPU runs this perfectly on Max Settings.

This has been an issue for a decade, don't play smart when you don't have your facts right, yes it runs well for him but look at the specs an rtx 2080 and i9 to run gta4?

This is an old ass game, any computer that has a gpu aboveee 680 should be able to run it no problem.

This game needs to be rewriten and reoptimised for PC, just because it runs well for a few guys with a beast pc doesnt mean others can are able to achieve the same performance.

Do enough digging and find that the ratio of gta 4 running like ♥♥♥♥ on many beaast PC's far outweights those that run it no problem.

I myself have stutteers which is literally unfixable at this point.

you only mentioned the GPU. im talking about the CPU the Processor the GPU isnt that important for this game any GPU can run this even at 4K. the game is CPU Intensive. Once again proven wrong. Bye and its not running badly on Beast PC,s your definition of a beast PC is a low end one probably but leave it to the big dudes like me to tell you otherwise. People who own high end rigs like i do have no problems with this game.

Games from 2000s - 2010s were not designed for PC's we have nowadays, have you not seen how many compatibility issues gta 4 had for windows 7 and windows 10 few years back? Rockstar had to patch it up for it to be even launchable (Forget microsoft live).

Matter of fact a GTX 970 with an i5 has a better chance running this game than your ''Beast pc'' could.

Yes its not suprise GTA 4 is cpu intensive but that doesn't disregard the power of the GPU that it needs also.

So expect many many many more threads about how trash the performance is because it's a joke of a port, one of the worst ports ever made in history.
