2 : Install AdvancedHook[www.lcpdfr.com]
3 : Install Ultimate ASI Loader (NOT x64 version)[github.com]

Edit : if you download a mod that says you need a certain file called "dsound.dll" or if it tells you to drag files in the game folder and you see it contains a file called like that, you don't need it. Ultimate ASI Loader does the job. Never replace ScriptHook.dll.
