GTA IV complete edition is only in English?

i can not change language or subtitles, i have w10 in spanish, steam in spanish, social club in spanish, but the game and subtitles is in english.

I have everything in english and game is starting in Russian. Q&A is non existant in companies these days.

yes in properties is select spanish, but the game is fully english.

the original language of my w10 was english, but i download spanish language pack from windows update, before instaling apps and games. Do you thing windows is the problem?

Ностальгия по тем временам, когда игры просто устанавливались на ПК. Ни тебе кривых обновлений, ни ненужных нахлобучек и прокладок в виде Social Club и Rockstar Games Launcher... Просто запускал игру и играл - то, что и требуется от игры!!!

Guys, the audio will always and only be in english.

For the subtitles, i don't know how you have any problems. For me, I have subtitles in the langage i wanted.
