Dwayne Call me baby pls

Hello,

I have the dwayne bug... I finished the story, I responded positively to his email and I did the mission of cherry.

But when he called me for the first time to go out I didn't pick up.. So I can't call him to suggest an activity.

Is it definitely dead or do I have to wait for him to call back ?

Idk what causes it, but the game has a bug where the game just forgets about story actions. So dwayne will probably never call you, but the email might be a sign that he might.

Same thing can happen with kate, she'll still call you regardless of ending choice due to the bug.

Dwayne called me, received the email with no option to send positive or negative reply just a basic reply, deleted that email now the only choice I have is to call him straight to his voicemail.

Although I already have Roman, Brucie, Jacob and Packie at 100% Like and Respect I can't complete the Liberty City (5) achievement because of this.

Edit: I like how Steam has censored the name of a GTA character because it may seem racist despite the name Pakistan literally meaning place of Packies.

That must suck. The game considers him alive because the achievement is for all alive characters. But your phone is bugged.

I'm assuming this means you'll get phone calls from him, like how other dead friends can call you if the game forgets they died.

I guess just do stunt jumps and pigeons until he calls you? Maybe then it'll fix itself
