How can I delete a save on Grand Theft Auto IV?

Inside the game there isn't nothing to delete a save. I tried deleting the files of the "savegames" but notting happened, when I entered to the game I could play that games with normaly.

There are 2 locations for "savegames" folder.Before the update my save files were stored in appdata/local/rockstar games/gta iv/savegames/ and after the complete edition release the saves are in documents/rockstar games/gta iv/profiles/*your profile*/

Save files are named SGTA4** , where the ** are the number of the save from 00 to 11. SGTA412, SGTA413 and SGTA414 are the autosave files for the main game and the two DLC.

I just hope you know the game does not use offline anymore, so if your looking at the offline save location, you wont find anything there and Im sure the games get saved in the cloud server, which is located in steam cloud save, hope that helps

That's not true at all. I just checked the second folder in the answer on this post and the save files were there.

Help, there is the slot still appearing in my 'load files' list. I suffer from severe OCD and I accidentally hit save in 7th slot instead of the 1st. Can anyone please help me relieve the OCD?
