I Managed to Found the Person who Continued Working on SparkIV for the Latest Version of Grand Theft Auto 4 And Got in Contact with Him about this Latest Steam GTA 4 Update Because the Last SparkIV he Made for Version 1.0.8.0 is No Longer Working so He Made Another Version of SparkIV that Works with the Current Version of Grand Theft Auto 4 Including EFLC
