As if 12/12/2016 the only way to use a scripthook is to downgrade.

The main thing is that they added support for W10 and optimizatied it more.

Yeah, online work. I played on 1.1.2.0 patch with some players.

No. If they do not appear on your saves list, it's because the game is using a different location. All you have to do then is move them.

Yes. You can even play Multiplayer with people from different game versions.

I want Scripthook for GTA IV i stopped playing it as it started running like trash on my old PC due to it being old and getting slower and i did not replace it until this year when i built my first PC and i still want to play GTA IV i never got to play enough of it
If i use Patch 7 the game runs on the lowest of settings (lowest resolution, all texture qualities, draw distance and worst of all 24 FPS) when i use Patch 8 it runs fine
even if the problem is due to the OS i would still not be able to play it as i have a Kaby Lake i7 7700K and Microsoft does not support that on Windows 7

if anyone could release a mod which allows the game to run at highest settings on windows 10 without upgrading to patch 8 then i would definitely want that I miss all those mods i used to use such as the native trainer or skorpro safehouses mod and a bunch of other mods which i mostly can't remember as it has been a while I would also want to use a bunch of texture and graphics mods to make the game more realistic as well

i downloaded the file you included in your youtube video, there is no "setup" application, only "title update" and "updatetitle" i tried running either one, and it says "please run setup.exe" which there is none.
