DKT70's Road Textures? Please?

Okay, so I know I'm late and that GTA IV was released in 2008, but I know that GTA IV is the best option for the best graphics (using ENBs) in the GTA series. I have downloaded the CryENB V3, and it works perfectly fine. But today I downloaded game textures made by Lord Neophyte, but my computer isn't strong enough to handle it. My computer works with DKT70's Road Textures, since it is the same size/resolution as the default road textures. DKT70's textures' size/resolution is 512x512 and Lord Neophyte's textures' size/resolution is 2160x2160 (I think, I saw an expert say that in a forum).

Okay, enough about me talking nonsense and lets get into my request/question.

Does anybody have all of DKT70's Road Texture Volumes?

If Yes: Can you copy all of the volumes into a zip or rar file then upload it somewhere and comment with the download link?
OR
If you already have a working download link, can you comment it for me?


If you're wondering why I want a zip/rar file with all the volumes (aka All-In-One), my answer to that is: because I am too lazy to download all of the volumes at different times.

Omg thanks man. You're a life saver. This was my second choice, since I don't think that DKT70 has made road textures for the entire map.

Dude, I love you.

The only files I could find are on libertycity.ru and apparently that is a virus flagged both by google and windows defender.

Decided to reinstall the game and the link still works in 2025.
