No discounts whatsoever!

This post is about GTA IV Complete Edition.

Could somebody explain why Rockstar has abandoned this masterpiece? There have been absolutely no discounts for this title in any sales whatsoever, and in my country the pricetag on Steam is ridiculous because Rockstar hates regional pricing for some reason. They have even left this specific game out of their Social Club store whereas San Andreas and Vice City are not just there, but are available on massive discounts! I've been waiting for it to go back to it's 80% discount for a whole year now and Rockstar has constantly disappointed me. I'm begging you guys- please, tell me is there a way for a cheapskate like me to get it close to that pricetag? I'm tired of waiting. My last hope was the Steam Winter sale of 2019 since it didn't happen last year either but even this year... nothing. Absolutely nothing. I'm so frustrated right now :'(

its $20 how much lower do u want them to go? $1? I understand its a 10+yr old game but its in my opinion better than gta4 and i think its at a good price

10€ is the maximum it should be.

Yeah but Americans must have the same price as we Europeans do. For example all games are 60 dollars for Americans and same is for Europeans, which means Amerimutts pay less.
