Best Graphics Mod?

Give me one that doesn't ruin the dark atmosphere and doesn't make everything bright and colorful but only improves textures and such

RealisticIV + SweetFX is pretty good, noticable changes but it's not an ENB, no effect on FPS. And isn't overly saturated or bright either. Make sure you back the GTA IV main file before doing this, just incase you don't like it or it doesn't workout.

I just use RealityIV. I find that it keeps a good balance of maintaining the atmosphere and improving the visuals. Makes the sky more colorful without looking cartoony, removes the filter the base game has. Just a timecycle mod too so you just drag and drop files.
