A comprehensive list of removed music and music added in?

Can anyone make a full list of the songs removed by the patch, and the music added in to the game?

The best song in the game (Glukoza - Schweine) got removed? Well no longer shall I be listening to Vladivostok FM especially for it when I get into a vehicle and end up getting so much into it that I end up crashing. Makes me sad.

There are a few methods from what I understand, but I haven't explored them myself, because I didn't allow my game to update with the patch. It's a hot button issue, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find what you're looking for.

If the licenses expire, they legally can't have the songs in their game. And I know someone will ask, "why can't Rockstar just new the licenses?" They wouldn't for two reasons I can think of. 1. The licenses may have become more expensive over the past decade, and 2. It's a 10 year old game, Rockstar may want to focus on their current game, GTA V, instead of an old game like IV. They've done this in the past with games like Vice City and San Andreas, though not as many songs were removed in those cases. I don't like that they did this, but I can understand why. Rockstar didn't do it just to be evil. As always, its a money issue. And besides, what's stopping us from just adding the songs into Independence FM if we have the MP3 versions of the removed songs? I can "understand" what think it's just another kick in the face to fans. They made BILLIONS off of GTA V. You telling me they don't have a max what, $100k, even a million to keep a game true to itself? It's silly, it's corporate greed ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Music "licensing" is plain retar*ed... That's why I never buy music digitally - they can go f*ck themselves. Vinyl or nothing. At least my vinyl "license" will never expire and I can pass the "license" on to someone else if I so desire.

True that. Why doesn't Saints Row seem to have this problem? I much prefer GTA over SR, but come the ♥♥♥♥ on.

Saints Row 2, 3 and 4 (never played 1) have nearly just as much licensed music as the GTA games and you don't see music being removed from them.

Tried to play this game today, re-installed, cant play, GFWL.

Funny how they cant spend a penny to remove that crap but make sure the update goes out to remove songs from a game I own fully but cant even play it looooooooool

Just imagine if a movie studio came around my house and forced me to swap my DVDs and VHS tapes for inferior versions with songs removed. Then when i go to play that VHS it doesnt even work looooool

Spot on opinion right there, buddy.

I can't feel good about any company that retroactively butchers content. I don't care if the licenses expired - I bought the games when the licenses were fine - don't touch my sh*t! Let them push the update to new purchases, not old, if it has to be this way.
Anyway, I just downloaded the radio station "downgraders", so I still have the songs. Yet another mess that modders have to fix...

We bought the game WITH the songs. We didn't buy a membership to play the game, we BOUGHT THAT VERSION of the game, they didn't have to remove them.
They just had to republish another version.
What they did is disgusting.
