Iron man mod broke my game

i removed the iron man mod from my gta4 folder and niko still looks like tony stark plz help

Have you verified your game cache? If that doesnt fix it, reinstall your game.

That's because you didn't remove all Iron Man assets.
Right click on the game in the library > properties > local files > verify intergrity of game files.

i'd reinstall the game, just to have a completely clean folder. Bugs and glitches start to happen after verifiying after trying to delete mods, and it's hard to pinpoint whats doing it. Next time back up your GTA IV folder so you can just replace the modded one
