Turn Auto Aim completely off

Hi,

I'm currently replaying GTA IV and I don't know how I can disable the auto aim for keyboard and mouse. I've already disabled it in the controller settings but every time I aim at somebody it locks on the person (with the health circle around the crosshair) and i have to move the crosshair away in order to free aim. I'd like to only free aim without any kind of lock-on. There's no controller or anything else like that connected. Any ideas?

Change the crosshair to simple instead of xcomplex
