Not stable fps, though. This game does not have stable fps.
Pho i can run gta 5 at 60 fps on ultra, this game is terribly optimized i just want tips to help stable the frames
If you want stable fps, this is not the game you are looking for.
4. Add these arguments to your launch options for GTA 4 in Steam. Change width, height, and availablevidmem according to your specs. Availablevidmem is your GPU VRAM capacity in MB (GB * 1024)
-width 1920 -height 1080 -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -availablevidmem 2048 -noprecache -novblank
5. Raise game RAM to 4 GB. Edit file in your GTAIV/pc folder called stream.ini (.../Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto IV/GTAIV/pc/stream.ini) with these contents in it.

Then again, GTA4 is a bad port and heavily bottlenecked and its like playing lottery whether it performs good on your hardware or not.
