Centered Camera MOD for the version 1.08

Hello

All previous mods don't work with the new version. Although I installed the new ScritHook it still doesn't work.
Anyone has an idea how to get the camera to be centered just like the old GTA days.

The mod relies on scripthookDotNet, which was never fixed for the latest version.
You'd have to go back to the previous version:
