Does anyone play GTA 4 multiplayer anymore?

Just wondering if anyone plays multiplayer. waited in lobby for a long time and then just gave up.

Dont think so.
Even on PS3 there's absolutely no one, so I guess it's the same here :/

The only way is to find groups who play regularly together and join them.

Hello can you give us more info about your resquest :

Time and timezone you were looking for people ?
How long you wait for it ?
Another simple question, what gamemode did you start your lobby ?
Ranked Match ? Player Match ? Did you try search on Custom Match ?

And question that is really important now, do you have you files modified ?

I played yesterday their was plenty of peoples, differents session on diferent mode most of them on Player Match.

Time: Around 1am IST (8pm GST)\
Timezone: GST +5:30 (India)
Waited for around 5-15 mins on all game mods in both normal and ranked mtch. also started a lobby to se if people join in deathmatch and ffa. dont know anything about custom matches.

Dont know anything about file modifications. could you help with that please.

You should play sooner 3-4 hours before their was at least 40 players in differents sessions.
So try start playing at 9 pm IST or if you can't 1 pm IST to 6 pm IST their is a regular Russian player who play often ... you can try also 2-3 pm IST, some clubs play at this time zone the sunday.

I have 2 players in my Friendlist who plays from india too. One of them use the Kolkata, West Bengal, India time zone like yours too ( UTC/GMT+5:30 )

And waiting 5-15 mins is not enought if you wanna be host. Regular players have their name most wanted to player who wanna join a session, wish we meet soon, I'm recruiting for a serious team... you are free to join or just come in my session to play. See ya.

No, you must be clean.

NEVER USE MODS/HACKS/CHEATS

I never use theses it totaly mess ut your game files, and destroy the legit Multiplayer experience.

Depends on your timezone. I was playing at 7:30am GMT (UK) and there were some Americans playing.
