gta 4 Lcpdfr wont launch when installed

When lcpdfr is installed it dosent launch the game after the play window pops up but when its not it dosent i downloaded LCPD First Response 1.1 Installer No Ads.exe this version cause i watched a tutorial vid and he said download this one any tips

Do a clean install of the game. do the steps. and then do a clean install of your mods.

Just remove any mods that you installed including lcpdfr. Car mods should work with no problem, but with anything tha uses scirpthook and advancehook needs to be removed in order for the game to load up.

Yep. They only work on patch 7

Alright i did it but i have to have gtaIV.exe set to run as admin and run launchgtaiv.exe as admin it loads but my graphics are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the world is gone my character is black and im not able to change my settings cuase i have to launch the launch.exe thru the files witch dosent allow me to use my no restrictions launch setting to go above the cap and it says its at lowest but its not i just need to know how to change my graphics without launching thru steam

Yes you can use a commandline.txt or you can do this:
-create a shortcut of LaunchGTAIV
-Right click on the shortcut and go to propertys
-In the target field box, go to the end of the text and after the " mark put your commands like so:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\LaunchGTAIV.exe" -norestrictions -windowed

Does lcdpfr work with the latest patch for you or is it the older patch?

when you download the mod you get a config file to set callout maximum and minimum time
and other settings like render holsterd taser witch i think gives you the taser, Disable randome police chatter.Enable autosave,disable boat callouts, and have the callout times 150 to 60 seconds
And at the top it says
Use the options below to cutomize your experinece use the in-game console and type "ReloadSettings" for the changes to become active. Please note that some settings might require a restart of LCPDFR.

hm well i am not sure. You might have to reinstall your mods. It sounds like an LCPDFR issue. Check their site

i think i got it to work instead of using there config i remberd when i was modding gta v i could use the ini for some mods and i did witch i think got every thing to work
