How do I install cryENB v3 on 1.0.8.0 2017?
is there a way to do it?

As far as I know 1.0.8.0 is the last patch you want to have if you want to make any modifications to the game. Try downgrading to 1.0.7.0 or 1.0.4.0

Just follow the instructions in the readme of CryENB. I'm running it on 1.0.8.0 with the texture packs recommended in the readme files, and it works great on my end.
