this link is to a steam forum that has a way to get it to work.it is a pinned topic, steam pins the important things for games so people can get them to run. its got a step by step list of instructions. it should work for most pc's running win10. its on the first page, im sure there are other lists and instructions in the forum to help with any updated materials, look around. you will find answers on a lot of stuff in the steam forums, and also use the real websites for any rules for games. steam isnt always a safe place to click on links or find accurate game rules. steam links are ok, but i wouldnt use a link to a 3rd party page, i would go to the correct web site to get the software needed. and have done it before. last time i played gta4 was on the pc im using now. enjoy gta4, i wont work online, but it will work offline in single player mode. at least thats how is was when i last played it.
