Clothing difference to console version.

I got the game for pc now and I'm playing it through on pc for the first time. I was wondering why the turtleneck suits aren't available and found out that there is a general difference between console and pc version. The pc version got a few more "formal" suits where as the console version has these turtleneck "mafia" like suits. I really liked those mafia style suits especially while doing jobs for ray and peggorino. Its very unfortunate that they arent in the game and i was hoping that there is some kind of mod that would add the suits. Im not into modding at all and didnt found anything on google search, does anyone know if you can mod them and where to find the mod?.
