There's any multiplayer mod like SAMP for GTA IV?

You have the built-in Multiplayer (which is currently still the best), and CitizenIV. Ignore any other multiplayer clients as they are far inferior to the mentioned above.

your post is dumb because sa-mp is much better than gta4 and gta5's multiplayer. you obviously never played it during its prime around 2006-07. the customization was insane. GTA4 and 5 is very basic and plain.

Lmao. I've played SAMP in the old days for a long time, but I prefer GTA 4's Multiplayer. SAMP will never have proper NPCs in it (Traffic, Pedestrians wandering around and Police) which is pretty damn major. Not to mention the overall better gameplay and modes that SAMP or MTA will never be able to match, etc...
