GTA 4's Multiplayer mode is a garbage. Nobody want to play this boring sh*t.
Play in SP with some mods - much better and more fun.
Forgot about MP. GTA 4 MP is dead. Totally.

For you is a garbage, but i always played on my PS3 and for me the multiplayer is so much fun than GTA V. You don't need money, cars, home to have fun.
