Overconsumption question. Decrease the total bonus by 100%.

So Overconsumption gives +300% damage.
When i pick up a lot of scrolls and have a "message" - decrease the total bonus by 100% (overconsumption) , does it mean:

1) i lost all Overconsumption bonus
2) i lost only 50% of Overconsumption bonus, and still have + 150%.

Im asking because in some games by 100% can mean that you have -50% decrease of stat.

I think it's the former option. If you have lots of scrolls, the bonus eventually becomes 0%.

It means 100% of the overconsumption bonus, because there are other stats it gives other than +300% damage, so 100% of all of those stats are gone.

It will never decrease your stats, at worst, it can be like you don't have the blessing at all (at 100%)

Ok, so for long runs (boundless), no point to take it then.

Unless you have mysterious jokul active and replace it in act 4, then yeah, you don't want it in boundless.

Well, in an extended run, you can use it until you start the boundless stages - just replace it with another blessing. However, if you have Lone Wolf activated, do not select Overconsumption as you will not be able to replace it.

What nul says is also true. With Mysterious Jokul enabled, you can replace it in Act 4.
