Fish or Bear Paw + Victory Rush (?)

Probably a dumb question, but I can't stop thinking about it.

FoBP says it deals the damage of each hit twice, but does that qualify as hitting twice?

I'm curious because if it does then that'd be a pretty insane combo with Victory Rush.

FoBP does work with victory rush, however victory rush is one of the less extreme things it can do.

I'll just post a list of things it combos with off top of my head.
1. Doubles the rate at which every weapon applies elemental effect.
2. Get twice as many orbs from elemental orb on crit inscription.
3. Double copper from the talent that gives copper on crit.
4. Works with +lucky shot on consecutive crit inscription.
5. Works with +critx on consecutive crit inscription.
6. Works with the laser glove exclusive that gives more damage on consecutive hit.
7. Works with merciless combo.
8. Doubles the chance of lethality on crit inscriptions.
9. Doubles the rate at which crimson firescale builds up charges.
10. Doubles the rate at which demonlore builds up stacks.

There are probably a few I'm not thinking of right now but those are the ones that occurred to me. I personally put FoBP in my top 5 most powerful scrolls simply because of the sheer volume of shenanigans it enables.
