does it mean, i take more damage per stack?

I believe it meant enemy take more damage when under burning effect.

Yep, as has already been mentioned it makes the enemies take more damage. They wouldn't put a Spirit Blessing in the game that has a negative impact on you since they're meant to be buffs to help you take on the increased challenge of Reincarnation difficulties.

Craftsman's Inheritor has a downside, but it seems to be the only one. Copycat could indirectly cause a downside by disabling the effects of enthusiast scrolls and painkiller. By killing a resistive enemy.

That's fair. Regarding the craftsman limiting your scrolls I'd say getting to do everything at him for free (thus making money nearly completely pointless for you unless you have one of the scrolls that gives you scaling off money) is pretty worth it, but you're right in that it does impose a nerf on you.

As for Copycat: while you're correct, the blessing itself doesn't nerf you directly and that was more my point.
