20 billion for the bunny? Good lord that's pretty nuts seeing as how she's a melter instead of a burster (Li, for example, is a burster). Sounds like your teammate got lucky and had a god build going.

The current strongest build in game belongs to Tao. You only need 4 requirements for it. Blossom Enthusiast (blessing), fast firing weapon with plant spore gemini (the weapon you will attack with), Shotgun with plant spore gemini (this is the weapon you will upgrade), and Flower Chain ascension.

This build lets you dish out 100+ mil damage per second. Just find enemies that are Immortal in Act 4 and you'll easily get a billion+ for each.

Getting above 1 billion damage or so depends on which enemies you get and how bad your teammates are.

Buffed in recent patch and every single bunny players I met in R8 pick this now. Its so powerful that I dont pick it, unless there is Lei Luo player(s).

Thorny Bloom,
Can get up to +1200% fatal bloom damage, not the biggest secret on how it work. If you dont know, I suggest hook up youtube or wiki and get relevant info. Its even more powerful now if taken with newly buffed Blossom Enthusiast.

Skill Freak,
Multiplicative to secondary skill damage spiritual blessing, always been good on any secondary skill build.

The occult scrolls, apparently it seems he is just a copy pasta type of players who just do what the meta tells him. He don't know what is the meaning of "certain scrolls dont work together".

Some powerful scrolls that should be noted in his list

Merciless Combo,
High rof or multi projectile weapons always make this scroll so op. Work on any character, so this scroll's powerfulness is universal.

Ancient Timer, Flowing Time,
Particularly op on just any character that do insane stuff with primary skill. Tao happens to be able to use primary skill without interrupting weapon shoot, plus her mainstay weapon ascension tree has some ascensions require spamming primary skill to get to high stack (namely Sword enthusiast, Sword guard). Tao primary skill has a short cooldown at 3.9s that make it very spammable.

Advance-Genesis, Against the Flow,
Bread and butter scrolls for ammo economy to keep shooting weapon. Tao has ascension Warlike blade which also contribute to ammo economy and is also a powerful ascension. If you keep shooting, you also trigger talent skill Battlefield support which is what getting Thorny Bloom spiritual blessing going.

Extravagant Consumption, Premium Membership,
Totally broken scrolls combination when taken together. You can get near to 1000% or over that if you exploit it really hard.
